Welcome to Swing House Golf Sims LLC. By booking or entering the facility, you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
All reservations must be booked online.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
The individual who books the reservation (“Primary Booker”) is responsible for all guests.
2. Cancellation Policy
Non-Members
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Same-day cancellations receive account credit only. No refunds to the original payment method.
Members
Same-day cancellations result in forfeited hours.
Hours will not be reinstated, credited, or rolled over.
3. Membership Policy
Memberships are for individual use only.
Sharing a membership is strictly prohibited.
If membership sharing occurs:
The standard hourly rate will be charged.
Membership may be suspended or permanently canceled without refund.
4. Self-Service Facility
Swing House operates as a self-serve facility. By booking, you agree to:
Review and follow all posted signage.
Watch and follow the instructional video included with your booking.
Use all equipment responsibly and safely.
Failure to follow posted rules may result in removal and/or loss of booking privileges.
5. Age Requirements
Must be 18+ to purchase services.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
6. Facility Rules
No alcohol or drugs permitted.
No smoking or vaping.
Only clean, non-marking indoor shoes allowed.
Clubs and balls must be clean.
Patrons are financially responsible for any damage caused.
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Use of the simulator and facility involves inherent risks. By entering, you assume all risk and release Swing House Golf Sims LLC from liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
9. Swing House SMS Privacy Policy
Swing House Golf Sims may use text messaging to communicate with customers in the following situations:
- Responding to customer-initiated inquiries
- Providing important, time-sensitive updates related to reservations
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
Customers may opt in to receive text messages by providing their phone number during the booking process where they are informed they may receive reservation-related messages, or by initiating a text conversation with us or texting HELP. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your interaction with Swing House. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not transfer consumer data to any external organizations for any purpose. We maintain internal access controls, staff training, and security procedures to prevent unauthorized access to or sharing of personal information.
Your phone number and any related information are used solely to support your interaction with Swing House and are not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and reservation activity.
You may receive messages as needed regarding your reservation and inquiries.
